Some good pets AFAIK are greater wolves, greater sabertooth and for Siptah specifically there are unique dogs that will get the same perks every time, such as Brutus, who always gets +45 strength because each perk is +15 every time. So if you can find where those spawn and get a Brutus then that pet might be the best you can get in Siptah. A 1-2% increase in damage reduction is not worth wearing armor that looks like ass all the time. The best armor is Silent Legion.
