I was able to speak to an ATT representative who put in an inquiry to their engineering team about my address not being listed as fiber eligible, and they got back to me today saying that it was a mistake in their database that has now been corrected. IF this happens, your area may or may not be upgraded... construction activity on your street would be the clue that fiber might be available 6 to 9 months after construction starts depending on the size of the proposed addresses.
