Went with the Tx 22 because of reports that it can shoot anything. From what I read the P22 can have trouble with cheaper bulk ammo (including thunderbolts). Otherwise they seemed to be well matched. Also the p22 is outsourced so it doesn't really carry the same build quality as other Walters like the ppq. 2. So I am in a compliant state (non threaded barrel and 10rd cap). Really want the P322, but Sig is not making it for restricted states and no immediate plan to. If I have a local shop pin the barrel and block the mag, I will have no valid warranty from Sig on the P322. If I go the TX22 route (non-competition version) it will not be optic ready.
